Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using ClearNight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
ClearNight is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app • Use the app for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure • Reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission
Subscriptions
ClearNight Premium is available as a monthly, annual, or lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are auto-renewing and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will be specified at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Forecasts and Accuracy
ClearNight provides sky condition forecasts based on available meteorological and astronomical data. Forecasts are estimates only and may not always be accurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any forecast data. ClearNight is not liable for decisions made based on forecast information.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ClearNight — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Strange Glyph, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ClearNight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strange Glyph, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
