Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select ClearNight.
Restoring a Purchase
If you've already purchased ClearNight Premium and need to restore it on a new device, open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore purchase" at the bottom of the screen.
Notifications Not Working
Make sure notifications are enabled for ClearNight in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → ClearNight. Also check that your alert threshold is set in the app under Settings → Sky alerts.
Location Not Updating
ClearNight needs location access to generate forecasts. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → ClearNight and make sure it's set to "While Using" or "Always".
Deleting Your Data
You can delete your account data directly inside the app. Go to Settings → scroll to the Account section → tap "Delete Account Data." This will permanently remove your saved locations, alert settings, and push notification token from our servers. It cannot be undone.
If you're unable to access the app, you can also email us at info@strangeglyph.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll take care of it within 7 days.
